Intermittent Issues with Email Servers

A network glitch caused the IPs to fail and become unreachable. Our team had restarted the load balancer on certain server boxes and the issue has been resolved.

We would continue to actively monitor our email servers and will update this thread with further information.

SG02 is now monitored

We found there was an accident high server load on SG02. We identify some background process causing this issue and already identify the account which causing it. Now the server is back up. In the meantime, we keep monitoring it in the next 24 hours
